This week started out slow, but is going to end pretty busy!
So last week I had a good first interview with the accountant for a nice company. This was on Thursday. I was told that a decision would be made on Tuesday as to who would be brought in for a second interview.
Yesterday I got the call. They want a second interview with me. So I'm going back to meet with management on Friday at 2pm. I'm excited, but I know that I can't rest. I can't put all my eggs in one basket!
To that end, I also had an interview with Richard Lloyd (a recruitment agency) this morning at 10am.
On my way home today, I received a call from People 2 People (another recruiting agency) asking for a meeting. I didn't even send them a resume. They found my CV on SEEK and thought I would be perfect for one of their clients. So I'm going to meet with them tomorrow morning at 9am.
I'm telling you... I'm going to get a good job. It's so difficult just get an interview. But I'm going to do it. This place will not get the best of me.
Sending you good luck!! When it rains it pours, heh? I always find that having work makes such a difference in your outlook (plus, ya know, money ain't bad, either).
