Tired of counting calories? Try counting kilojoules instead.

You get a heck of a lot more kilojoules per day than calories, which makes you feel like you can eat more but not really.  According to Australia, the average woman should consume 9,000 kilojoules per day:

A chewy granola bar with chocolate drizzled on it is worth 561kg, or 134 calories.  I opted for white seedless grapes.
